Akron Youth Program
Akron Youth Hurling was started in 2016 by Patrick Taylor and Keith Knott. Our Youth Program promotes Learning the Fundamentals of Hurling (and camogie, ladies’ hurling), the National sport of Ireland. we are proud to teach the youth of Akron and the surrounding areas the game and its rich history.
As Irish Americans, we also strive to be positive role models for our youth and teach them about Irish culture and heritage. Our youth hurlers will have many opportunities to participate in Irish events and be involved with the Irish community of Akron while learning about the sport.
Everyone is welcome to join and participate in Akron Youth Hurling!
