Akron Celtic Guards participate in and host many fundraising events and activities throughout our season to help offset some of the equipment & travel costs, tournament fees and other club expenses.

Green Season

Thank you to all who volunteered, purchased Akron Celtic Guards swag and those who enjoyed our meals during the 2018 Green Season.  

Join us each year during Green Season: The Akron Celtic Guards Hurling & Camogie Club will be back to make their famous Irish Nachos and other fabulous Irish fares for dinner on Parade Day & St. Patrick’s Day. All events are in conjunction with the Ancient Order of Hibernians Mark Heffernan Division #2 Akron, OH.

St. Patrick’s Day

Parade Day (Saturday before St. Patrick's Day)

Join the Akron Celtic Guards for our 7th annual Chili Cook-off! All proceeds go to fund the Akron Celtic Guards 2019 hurling season. Fun for the whole family! Chili, music, prizes, raffles, 50/50… Did we mention chili?
